We are seeking an experienced Recruiter. The Recruiter is responsible for overseeing and supporting recruitment efforts and serves as the point person for all recruitment-related matters, including posting jobs, identifying which posts are not attracting applicants, and ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Sourcing & Screening: Identify and target both clinical personnel (RNs, CNAs, social workers, chaplains) and corporate/sales staff (Hospice Care Consultants) across different regional territories.
Candidate Vetting: Conduct high-volume phone screenings (usually 15–20 minutes long) to assess cultural fit, explain the fast-paced nature of the hospice caseload, and filter candidates down to the top options before introducing them to regional Executive Directors.
Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate closely with regional leadership to understand immediate staffing demands and prepare interview/evaluation guides.
Outreach & Diversity: Ensure diversity across the talent pipeline
Candidate Experience: Handle the logistics of scheduling interviews, booking candidate travel, and ensuring an efficient onboarding workflow.

Other Recruiting Tasks:

Weekly recruitment metrics – combining all recruiters' data into one email
New posts, post edits
Blind Posts
High-level job recruitment assistance
Resume Subscription/ Indeed Mining
Training consultant peers, HR Directors and field recruiters at the facility level
Holding Weekly recruitment meetings with recruitment staff at the facilities

Daily Oversight:

Interviews scheduled no more than 2-3 days out
Monitor that all past interviews have a “hired”/a final status - with detailed notes when necessary
Dive into NCNS auditing
All ‘maybe’ responses should be in there no more than 48 hours

Experience: Typically 1–3 years of recruiting experience, with a heavy preference for those coming from a healthcare, home health, or hospice recruitment background.

Adaptability: Proven ability to handle a high volume of open roles and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a heavy workload.

Communication Skills: Exceptional phone screening presence and ability to accurately represent the brand's core values.
